Return Policy

Variations are inherent in stone, tile, and grout. Any questions about materials must be clarified before installation.

“USE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE”

Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the order date. A 30% vendor restocking fee will be applied to all accepted returns. Special orders are non-returnable.

Price quotes are valid for up to 7 days from the date of the quote.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Tile Elements can ship to all 50 states. We utilize both local and cross-country delivery companies, as well as larger freight companies, for longer distances. Any damage sustained during transport falls to the delivery or freight company. Please immediately note any damage to the Bill of Lading when the material is received on site.

If your order requires shipping to your location, please don't hesitate to contact us, and our customer service team will be happy to provide an estimate.

 

Will Call

Stocked goods and materials ordered through Tile Elements can be picked up during regular business hours in our on-site warehouse. Please note that there is no charge for our local truck pick-ups. However, materials that need to be shipped to our warehouse may incur a freight charge. Our customer service team is available 6 days a week to answer any questions you have about our will-call process.
